Children in School but not Learning World Bank

Creating a means to measure the education received by children is important.   There is a clear difference between the education received by children in developed countries versus undeveloped countries.  Regardless of where a child is from (developed or undeveloped countries), children should be able to obtain a high-quality education that includes basic life skills and an interest in learning more.  Please take a look at this article and see how you could help children learn basic life skills.  Please Like, RT/Share if you like!
