When families begin shopping for early education for their children, the lists of Haves and Haves Nots could determine where families enroll. The state of North Carolina has led much of the high quality of care journey, but many children are still unable to attend high-quality programs because of state funding appropriations. Many groups of children have been followed into their young adulthood and as a result, many positive lives, with fewer challenges have been well documented.
