Wrong Mindset: Career vs. Children

Yes, it's the age-old conversation about how people choose to raise their families, and perform well in their careers as well.  Families and Careers are two topics that must be discussed prior to marriage and children.  Today's family dynamics are very different from traditional views.  While many still argue about families reaching balance between career and children, (if one exists), others believe that one area more than the other, will always take precedence.  I personally believe that all things balance eventually.  While famiilies may need to dedicate a certain amount of time to being career focused, they should also focus time on parenting children as well.  Not too small, not a large amount, just enough!
